Conference Registration: The conference registration fee is 250 EUR and includes the lunches, coffee breaks, conference bag, conference poster, abstract booklet, conference publications, and social events organized by the LOC (welcome cocktail, conference dinner and social activities). The deadline for registration is 30 October 2009.

Request for financial Support: (1) Register on the HELAS website and then join the “Who is Who”. (2) Submit an abstract through the conference web page before 1 September 2009. (3) Fill out the Grant application and send it by email to helas4@iac.es .The grants will be decided by the LOC as a function of the scientific quality of the abstracts. You will be notified of the decision by 15 September 2009.

Abstract Submission: Please fill out the online form before 1 October 2009. The selection of the contributed talks will be made by 16 October 2009.

Hotel Booking: Hotel bookings will be made through the LOC. We have negotiated a block booking at special rates at Arrecife Gran Hotel, which is also the conference venue. We strongly encourage you to make your reservation as soon as your travel arrangement is settled. Bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve a room, please fill out the online form before 11 October 2009.

Publications: The proceedings volume of this conference will be published. As the proceeding volume is included in the Registration Fee, each participant will automatically receive a copy of it. Instructions and style file for authors on how to prepare papers will be given in the Final Announcement. Submission deadline: 1 March 2010.
