There is no registration fee for the meeting.

The meeting will take place on the Tuesday and Wednesday at the University Conference Park in Peter Scott House (details to follow). On Thursday, we will switch to the nearby School of Physics and Astronomy (Physics West, Room 103, 1st floor). Click here for directions (note: Physics West is Building R8).

Enter Physics West through the main entrance, which looks out directly toward the clock tower. Go through the foyer, and up the stairs to the first floor. The lecture theatre is on your right-hand side at the top of the stairs.

Lunch will be included on all three days. The cost of the conference dinner (Tuesday) is also included. Dinner on other days is not included.

Accommodation will be available on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at Lucas House (part of the University Conference Park) to those delegates who request it. Accommodation costs for these days will be covered by HELAS. All delegates should report to Lucas House reception to check in.
